The Semperfli Fly Tying Wire are used in all fields of artificial fly tying. They are available in a wide range of sizes and beautiful classic and modern colours. They are treated in such a way that they never degrade, even after long use and exposure of the flies to light and water.
The Semperfli Wire 0.1 mm is ultra-fine and very light, it can be used for the ribbing of small dry flies or micro nymphs. The Semperfli Wire 0.2 mm is the most common measure, suitable for making nymphs, streamers, salmon flies, saltwater flies and predator flies. The Semperfli Wire 0.3 mm is ideal for adding weight to a fly, for making large nymphs, saltwater and predators flies, and certainly also for dressing the famous Brassie Nymphs and Copper John.
