The TMC Tiemco Spinning Hackle Pliers are a combination of the pliers and the handle bar connected by a universal joint. They allow the fly tier to keep the hackle perpendicular to the hook shank when wrapping hackles. These superb hackle pliers with jointed handle also prevent a hackle from twisting or breaking during the various fly tying steps.
